请感兴趣的人才将自己的简历投递到：[email protected] 以下是详细的职位描述： Your Tasksand Responsibilities:- Responsible foron-site technical support for customers in Europe, including equipmentinstallation and commissioning, fault diagnosis, repair, component replacement,and system recovery verification.- Respond to on-siteservice requests from customers, distributors, and service providers, formulaterepair solutions, and drive issue resolution according to SLAs.- Collect and analyzeequipment serial numbers, logs, photos, videos, environmental data, and faultreproduction information to complete preliminary positioning, coordinating withR&D, Quality, and Production teams for escalation when necessary.- Conduct training forcustomers and distributors covering product operation, routine maintenance,common troubleshooting, spare parts replacement, and safety standards.- Manage regionalafter-sales work orders and service records, generating repair reports, faultpost-mortems, repair manuals, FAQs, and English training materials.- Support spare partsdemand confirmation, on-site spare parts recommendations, and regional serviceprocess optimization; regularly provide feedback on high-frequency faults andproduct improvement suggestions.- Accept business traveland temporary assignments across Europe to support key project delivery,acceptance testing, major issue resolution, customer training, and distributorenablement.Who are welooking for:- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, ElectricalEngineering, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.- 3+ years of experience in field service, FAE, equipment maintenance,technical support, or operations and maintenance; experience in robotics,AMR/AGV, commercial cleaning equipment, or industrial automation preferred.- Independent on-site troubleshooting and repair capabilities, withfamiliarity in electrical systems, motors, sensors, control systems, mechanicalstructures, and basic network communications.- Proficient with diagnostic
